The whole MitImpact database as one CSV file (one row per variant), zipped together with
LICENSES.md, which lists the source, licence and citation of every column.
No registration is needed.
Columns are grouped as variant and gene, conservation, APOGEE2 and nAPOGEE, other pathogenicity predictors, clinical significance, and allele frequencies. EVmutation, co-variation, CPD and FoldX ΔΔG are shown on the website only. See the License page for every source.
